Last updated: May 25, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using LeagueLore, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for account security, credentials, and activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.
LeagueLore is intended for users 13 and older. Users under 18 may use LeagueLore only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. LeagueLore is not directed to children under 13.
3. Subscription, Trial, Renewal, and Cancellation
LeagueLore may offer a 14-day trial. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal available from billing settings. Unless otherwise stated, access continues through the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.
Trial eligibility, pricing, plan capabilities, and entitlements are described on the pricing page and may be updated over time. Refund and cancellation terms are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, or use LeagueLore for unlawful activity.
You may not import leagues you do not have rights to access, share another user's session values, use LeagueLore to violate third-party platform terms, perform abusive scraping or load testing, attempt credential stuffing, or bypass access controls.
5. Third-Party Services
LeagueLore integrates with third-party services such as ESPN, Yahoo, Slack, Discord, Stripe, and other fantasy sports or communication platforms. Use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
LeagueLore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by ESPN, Disney, NFL, Yahoo, Sleeper, Slack, Discord, or any fantasy sports platform.
6. ESPN Session Values
LeagueLore never asks for your ESPN password. For private ESPN leagues, you may optionally provide temporary ESPN session values or choose to save session values encrypted for future sync. You are responsible for using your own ESPN account and importing only leagues you are allowed to access.
LeagueLore may delete stored session values if access fails, abuse is suspected, platform requirements change, or you request deletion.
7. League Content and Data License
You retain ownership of your league content and data. This includes league names, team names, manager names, fantasy history, draft data, transaction data, imported files, Slack or Discord messages, AI prompts, and AI results that you submit or generate through LeagueLore.
You grant LeagueLore permission to process, store, display, analyze, transform, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, provide league analytics, generate exports, run imports, enforce access controls, deliver AI and messaging workflows, provide support, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
8. Intellectual Property
LeagueLore content, branding, software, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute proprietary materials without permission.
9. Service Availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, or provider disruptions may occur.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeagueLore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
