1. Information We Collect

We collect account details (such as email and display name), subscription metadata, and application usage events required to operate and improve LeagueLore.

2. Fantasy League Data

LeagueLore processes fantasy league data needed to provide records, analytics, draft prep, imports, recaps, and league answers. This may include league names, team names, manager/owner names or display names, rosters, matchups, scores, draft picks, transactions, trades, and historical seasons.

3. League and Integration Data

If you connect ESPN or Slack, we process integration data needed to provide features. We scope access according to league memberships and role permissions.

4. ESPN Session Values

LeagueLore never stores ESPN passwords. ESPN session values are optional and are used only for ESPN sync. If you choose to save session values for future syncs, LeagueLore stores them encrypted. You can remove saved values or reconnect access later from league settings.

5. Local Import Helper

The local LeagueLore Import Helper does not upload raw ESPN cookies. It uploads the reviewed fantasy football import bundle needed to preview and commit league history into your authenticated LeagueLore workspace.

6. Billing Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. LeagueLore stores subscription and customer metadata needed to manage trial status, entitlements, checkout, customer portal sessions, and subscription lifecycle updates. LeagueLore does not store raw payment card details.

7. AI and Messaging Features

If you use AI features, LeagueLore may store your prompts or questions, generated responses, conversation history, retrieved or derived facts included in responses, evaluation metadata, feedback, model or token usage, and workflow telemetry. Slack, Discord, GroupMe, or other connected messaging workflows may store message text, generated recap/preview output, delivery metadata, and related league context needed to operate those integrations.

8. How We Use Information

We use collected information to authenticate users, enforce permissions, provide analytics and assistant workflows, process billing, and support customer requests.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers required for operation, such as hosting, billing, communication systems, and Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection. Contact and referral form details are delivered to LeagueLore by email and are not stored in a separate marketing database. Turnstile may process browser, device, and network signals to determine whether a submission is automated.

10. Data Retention

We retain data while accounts are active and as necessary for security, legal, and operational reasons. Signed-in users can export or permanently delete their account from Account Settings. Active paid subscriptions must be canceled before deletion so billing is not orphaned. You may also contact us if you cannot access those controls.

11. Security

We apply technical and procedural safeguards, including role-based access checks and service-layer protections, to reduce unauthorized access risk.

12. Your Choices

You can update account information, manage subscriptions, review and revoke active sessions, export your data, and delete your account in Account Settings. For other data questions, contact support@leagueloreapp.com.

13. Children

LeagueLore is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13. Users ages 13 through 17 should use LeagueLore only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

14. Policy Updates

We may update this policy. We will post revisions with an updated date when material changes occur.
