Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial
LeagueLore offers a 14-day free trial. If no payment card is collected during trial signup, there is no subscription charge during that trial period.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel anytime through billing settings and the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or account action.
3. Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. LeagueLore does not provide automatic prorated refunds unless required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support and we will review the request in good faith.
Refunds may be granted at LeagueLore's discretion for duplicate charges, billing errors, or accidental renewals reported promptly. Refunds may be denied if an account is terminated for abuse, misuse, or policy violations.
4. Plan Changes
Plan upgrades, downgrades, and entitlement changes may affect available league history, AI, Slack, and collaboration features. Billing adjustments are handled through the billing provider when plan changes are made.
